How To Book ONLINE
1.) Input Phone Number on Account
Will ask to Verify by sending a Pin to the cellphone. after verifying Click LOGIN
New clients or haven't been seen since April 2024 you will have to fill out new information (can be found on the Intake Tab).
2.) New or Rebook
Rebook a Previous Service or New Service
4.) Add Service
Add service for Each Pet Needing Services
5.) Select Service
Select service needed for pet! You can scroll the entire page OR click the arrows to close the menus down to see the options.
EACH SERVICE HAS A DESCRIPTION!
7.) Check Services
check added services for each pet for correct services!
click Next
8.) Choose Date/Time
Select a day and the available times and the groomers will appear at bottom! if you see that two groomers are available (program doesn't let you book 2 different groomers on the same ticket yet), please book soonest available and ask for sooner if possible or certain groomer in comment section at the end and we will accommodate your requests...
3.) Select pet(s)
Select pet or pets needing service, hit NEXT
6.) SIZE AND HAIR
1) Select size of pet (# = Pounds)
2) Hair Length choice is what it is currently at for packages Bath and Bath-Sanitation!!!
3) Hair Length on Hair Cuts packages are the Length wanting to cut hair to!!!
9.) Serviced Before?
Answer the * question about if we have serviced your pet before with a yes, no, or need to add this pet to our chart!
10.) Check ALL Agreements
please go through ALL and sign ALL agreements in order to book
11.) NO Show Agreement
NO SHOW AGREEMENT Requires a card on file (card will not be charged, unless NO SHOW) please read through and understand what is considered NO SHOW.
12.) COMMENTS!
